Cancelations:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation fee.
No Shows:
Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment with no notice will be charged full service amount.
Refunds:
Deposits or prepayments for appointments are non-refundable in the event of a no show or cancellation less than 24 hours in advance.
